Combine Island Tide, Ginger Beer and lime juice in a copper mug, top up with ice and give it a single swirl with a spoon then garnish with a slice of lime. There are many variations on this cocktail and you are limited only by your imagination. Some people use (a good quality) ginger ale instead of ginger beer. A good lime juice can also be a substitute for the fresh squeezed lime (use about ½ oz). You can also add a sprig of fresh mint as extra garnish.
1.5 oz. Island Tide
3-4 oz. Ginger Beer
Juice from ½ of a lime
Slice of lime for garnish
1 oz. Maple Liqueur
1 oz. of Irish Cream
1 oz. of whole milk (or cream if you need the extra calories)
Cocoa powder and chocolate shavings
Granulated maple sugar
First, rim a martini glass with granulated maple sugar. Then combine the Maple Liqueur, Irish Cream, whole milk, and a handful of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds, giving your biceps some exercise. After that workout, strain into your prepared martini glass and garnish with cocoa powder and some chocolate shavings. Lastly, be sure to enjoy it with a serving of your favourite sweet treat. For instance, we recommend vanilla ice cream topped with our Blueberry liqueur!
Firstly, add Island Tide, sugar and mint leaves (put 2 or 3 leaves aside for garnish) to a highball glass and mix. Add the cranberry juice and lime juice and fill the glass with crushed ice. Then you will top up with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with cranberries on a swizzle stick and some mint leaves. Finally, sit back and enjoy!
1 oz. Island Tide
1 heaping teaspoon superfine sugar
1 oz. lime juice (fresh is best!)
Sprig of fresh PEI mint leaves
A couple fresh cranberries
A few dashes of cranberry juice
A few dashes of sparkling water
1 oz. Camerise Liqueur
1 oz. Cranberry juice
2 oz. club soda
summer on the patio
Firstly, combine Camerise Liqueur, cranberry juice, and several ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake it good! Then strain into an old fashioned glass and add the club soda. Lastly, garnish with a juicy lime wedge. Then you can take it out to your favourite chair on the deck and bask in the warm breeze of a PEI summer.
